Ted graduated from West Point in 1974 and served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army for twenty-two years. His final active duty assignment was as the Chief, Strategic Studies at the Army's Command and General Staff College. In this capacity he trained numerous Army strategists. Following retirement from active duty, Ted joined a manufacturing company as a Vice President. He developed the company's strategic business plans, developed marketing plans, reorganized the international department, and traveled extensively to open new markets. Ted founded Grace Strategic Services, Inc in December 1997. The company's services reflect Ted's passions for strategic management, strategic leader development and international trade. As an executive coach, Ted helps both clients clarify their visions, issues, and solutions. As a strategist, he helps leaders think through and execute with alignment and commitment. Ted's leader development programs focus on the character of a leader and how leaders create motivating environments in which people choose to be excellent. Ted is also an adjunct faculty member with Benedictine College and teaches Executive MBA courses in strategic management and global entrepreneurship.
