Nathalie is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has over 20 years of business leadership experience including 14 years of executive human resources management. She has a professional passion for the deliberate and intentional development of positive relationships and for the alignment of human resource development (HRD) processes with the organization’s strategic direction and focus. She believes HRD systems should be more “transformational” than “transactional” and that they provide senior leaders with clear, useful performance metrics.
