If you want to grow your organization you must grow your leaders. There is a truism that says, “If you want to change an organization, you have to change the leader.”
Growth and improvement is all about change. But before the organization can change and grow the leader has to be the “pioneer” of change. Either the incumbent changes his or her knowledge, skills, and abilities or you change the incumbent. Either way, if the organization is going to grow, the leader must grow.
